What happens if my flag is damaged during shipping?

KEEP ORIGINAL PACKAGING! We cannot process a damaged shipping claim without your original packaging. Inspect carefully and send detailed photos of damaged packaging and flag to theheritageflag@gmail.com. We are sorry for any inconvenience here and will do what it takes to make it right!

Are Heritage Flags available for purchase
in your shop or do I have to order it?

Our new retail store located at 230 S Bennett St Southern Pines NC 28387 has most of our flags on display which are ready for immediate purchase. If there is something specific you are interested in, feel free to give us a call (910-725-1540) and we will be happy to make sure we have a couple options before you stop in. Our hours are M-F 8am-5pm, and Saturdays from 10am-4pm October through December of each year.

What size is each flag?

Our Barrel Wood series of Heritage Flags come in 6 sizes: The Double Barrel 74.5” x 38” The Full Barrel 49.5 x 26” The States 41”x 25” The Half Barrel 37” X 19.5” The Small Batch 24.5” x 13” and the Cask 12” x 6”. Note no two flags are the same so sizes may vary slightly.

When will I get my flag?

We are committed to quality and will do our best to get your flag to you within 30 days. For more customized orders it may take up to 45 days.

Can I have my flag personalized in any way?

We do offer several ways to customize your Heritage Flag for an additional fee. Please call our customer service team at 910-725-1540 for more information.

Do you stain the flags in any way?

Our Classic Heritage Flags are styled only with the outside and natural charred inside of the Whiskey or Bourbon Barrel. Our Old Glory flags use the natural inside of the Wine Barrel to create the red stripes. (We do add just a hint of blue to the star union on our Old Glory to complement the rich red tones from the wine barrel staves.)

How can I “get on the map”?

Can I pick up my flag instead of having it shipped?

We do have a local pick-up option in our online checkout. It will be the last step in the checkout process before payment.

Will my flag look like the one in the picture on the website?

Every Heritage Flag is a special one-of-a-kind piece of art, and the colors and character of the staves in your flag may vary slightly from the flags pictured.

Do you plan to make any other state flags?

Due to our current order volume we are unfortunately not able to create other state flags at this time.

How do I hang my flag?

All Heritage Flags have a ‘Suggested’ hanging instructions sticker on the back. We ‘Suggest’ that you install heavy gauge wire to connect the “D” Rings attached to the back of your flag. For larger flags you will want to locate two studs in the desired hanging location. Install two screws. Hang and enjoy!

If I’m not happy with my flag, can I return it?

If you are not happy with anything you receive from us, please give us a call and we will do what it takes to make it right!
