Shipping Policy Free shipping. Standard shipping is free on every order to a U.S. address. Faster UPS options are shown at checkout. Handling time. Every Heritage Flag is handcrafted in Southern Pines, North Carolina. Our typical order handling time is 5–7 business days before your order ships. Expedited handling. For $25, we will ship your flag the business day after your order. Orders with a custom engraved plate add 7 days and cannot be expedited. Local pickup. Pickup is available at our retail store, 230 S Bennett St, Southern Pines, NC, and is usually ready within 24 hours. International orders. Shipping rates for international orders are calculated at checkout. Damage in transit. Please keep the original packaging. If your flag arrives damaged, send photos of the flag and the packaging to orders@theheritageflag.com within 2 days and we will make it right. Gifting for a date?
